1. General OverviewLiam Schneider Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides real estate photography services to clients. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Services ProvidedWe offer real estate photography, drone photography, floor plans, and virtual staging services. Photos will be delivered within 48 hours unless a 24-hour turnaround is purchased. Floor plans and special edits, such as virtual staging or decluttering, may take longer to deliver.
3. Property Condition and SafetyWe expect the property to be ready for photography upon arrival. Additional fees may be added if the property requires extra setup or attention. The safety of the photographer is paramount, and if the property is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the session.
4. Delivery Times
• Properties over 3,000 sq. ft. may exceed the typical delivery time. We do our best to ensure timely delivery. • Backup images are stored for 30 days. After that period, images may no longer be available. • We ensure 24-hour turnaround times only for properties that are under 3,000 sq. ft. and have the appropriate add-on purchased.
5. Reshoot PolicyReshoots are only provided if there is an error on our part. If additional shots are needed due to client changes, a reshoot fee will apply.
6. Intellectual PropertyThe images we provide are the intellectual property of Liam Schneider Photography. Clients receive usage rights for marketing the property only. Any other usage, including but not limited to commercial, print, or resale, requires written consent and may incur additional fees.
7. Usage DurationClients have the right to use images for marketing the property until it is sold. Images may not be reused for future listings without prior permission.
8. Drone Photography DisclaimerAll drone photography is subject to weather and airspace restrictions. We comply with all FAA regulations, and if conditions prevent a scheduled drone shoot, we will reschedule or offer an alternative service.
9. Expedited EditsExpedited editing services are available for an additional fee. This includes color corrections, retouching, or special requests not covered by the standard service.
10. Privacy PolicyThis website does not collect, store, or share personal data. We value your privacy and ensure no cookies or tracking technologies are used on our site.
11. Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Washington, MO.
